Rafique Foundation for Education and Healthcare, USA, is honoured to announce that its esteemed Founder, Barrister G.R. Mahmood, together with Co-Founder, Dr. Rafique Jahan Mahmood, participated in a distinguished international programme hosted by The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.

The programme featured a special International Circuit visit to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, held on Friday, 24 April 2026. This significant event brought together legal professionals and distinguished participants from various jurisdictions, providing valuable exposure to one of the world’s foremost international judicial institutions.
